Fully Manned Residential Sites

SilverTech provides many Clients with a resident on-site service team, including management and daily operation of plant equipment. Such teams can cover individual buildings or groups of building within a locality.

The team can be of fixed or variable numbers of staff, depending on current workload, and can be further supported by our in-house specialists to visit the site on a regular periodic basis.

This flexibility gives our Clients the advantage of having a variable work force on tap with the availability of specialist back-up as and when it is needed at relatively low cost.
